FAQs

Yes, you’ll need to register for our virtual housing fair. Simply follow the link at the top of the page and submit your information. Then you’ll receive an email confirming your registration for the event
The information we ask for when you register are the same questions we would ask when you arrive at our physical fair. This is so that you can be guided to the accredited landlords and agents who are offering the type of accommodation you are looking for. Please also ensure you have read the event privacy policy
This event is for students at University of Liverpool, Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool Hope University, Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts and Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine to meet LSH accredited accommodation providers
LSH operates the only accreditation scheme in Liverpool for private student accommodation, called the LSH Standards. Private accommodation providers voluntarily register with the scheme and make a commitment to meeting the criteria required for accreditation. This includes quality and safety requirements for their properties and ensuring that they run their business in the correct way
There will be 40 exhibitors, including landlords, letting agents, halls providers and relevant 3rd party services available via live chat, as well as audio and video chat
Whilst you can arrange viewings or sign for a property, you should be under no pressure to do so. We are in uncertain times at the moment, and as there is a large oversupply of accommodation in Liverpool, we strongly urge you not to rush into signing up for a property
Yes, you can access the fair for up to 30 days after it has ended and download leaflets. However, we encourage you to attend the live event so you can interact with our accredited landlords and agents
